Service Description
Move, breathe, and align your energy in Yoga with Crystals ~ an uplifting Vinyasa flow paired with the supportive energy of crystals. Each class focuses on a specific theme or Chakra such as grounding, heart opening, confidence, or intuition, helping you connect deeper to your body, mind, and inner energy. Expect an energizing flow that builds warmth and strength while creating space for intention, balance, and renewal. Options are offered throughout, making it accessible for all levels. Crystals/stones will be provided during class, or feel free to bring your own.
Cancellation Policy
Please be mindful when booking your service--most of our services are very limited, so booking a spot and then cancelling means someone else wasn't able to get that time and leaves the service provider with a hole they could have filled. Therefore, bookings are non-refundable unless there is a really compelling reason you needed to cancel. Final decision is up to Jayde.
