SHIPPING POLICY
All domestic orders ship via USPS. Please allow five business days for shipping, although most orders ship within 24 hours. Due to the handmade nature of many of our items, it is possible that artisans need additional time to create the item(s) in your purchase. If this is the case, we'll reach out to you!
NOTE: We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost, damaged or stolen, please contact us. You will not be reimbursed for the items unless the shipping provider reimburses the package contents and shipping charges in whole.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are at the discretion of Pieces of Jayde.
Items outside of those listed below will be considered for return if the following is true:

Item must have been purchased within 30 days of the return request

Item is unopened and unused

Item shows no signs of damage

Item is clearly faulty from maker​

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:​

Custom or personalized orders

Sale items
-
A piece you broke
-
Opened Tarot or Oracle decks

Crystals. NOTE: We do not sell broken or chipped crystals. It is your responsibility to make sure the crystal is undamaged at purchase. If you bring a crystal back and say it has damage, we will assume it happened after it left our shoppe, and therefore will not take it back.

Buyer's remorse.
All split-payment transactions are final. (Meaning, if you paid via partial cash and partial credit, we cannot process a return.)

COPPER JEWELRY WARNING
We DO NOT take back copper jewelry because it caused your skin to turn green. Copper may react to your skin's pH level by oxidizing, which can cause temporary and harmless skin discolouration. This is common and not dangerous. You can provide a solution by painting your copper jewelry with clear nail polish, which gives a barrier. Other solutions are abundant on any Google search.

All the copper jewelry made by Jayde has a protective coating already, but it does wear off with time and wear. The clear nail polish will continue the barrier but must be reapplied often, depending on your skin's pH level.

Again, NO RETURNS for copper turning you green.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Items will ship out with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail once it is scanned by the post office. If an item is marked as delivered but is not at your house or in your mailbox, you will need to contact USPS for an inquiry with the tracking number we provided and then file a police report. The police report should then be provided to Pieces of Jayde to be able to make a claim for reimbursement.
Most times, when mail is marked as delivered and you cannot find it, it is a mistake by the post office and they can find it. We are happy to offer advice with tracking down a shipment that has been marked as delivered.

If you choose to sign up for my email list, I will NOT sell or give away your information to anyone. I hate SPAM as much as you do!

CUSTOM ORDERS
Customs are my favourite thing to do! A 50% deposit is required up front, with the balance due upon completion of the work. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me!
