SHIPPING & DELIVERY
I ship out within 24 hours for most ready-made orders. Typically I use USPS First Class Mail, which includes tracking. For items valued over $100, I use Priority Mail. If you'd like a different option, please message me or use the checkout note feature. I do ship internationally, but it'll cost ya LOL.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
A piece you broke
No refund will be given unless our item is received back in the condition it was shipped to you. Returns require authorization from us--message us if there are any problems and we will help you with a solution.
If an item was damaged in the mail, we will file a claim with USPS and you will receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible once you have sent us proof of the damage (photo, message).
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Items will ship out with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail once it is scanned by the post office. If an item is marked as delivered but is not at your house or in your mailbox, you will need to contact USPS for an inquiry with the tracking number we provided and then file a police report. The police report should then be provided to Pieces of Jayde to be able to make a claim for reimbursement.
Most times, when mail is marked as delivered and you cannot find it, it is a mistake by the post office and they can find it. We are happy to offer advice with tracking down a shipment that has been marked as delivered.
If you choose to sign up for my email list, I will NOT sell or give away your information to anyone. I hate SPAM as much as you do!
Customs are my favourite thing to do! I ask for a 50% deposit up front, with the balance due upon completion of the work. I will send photos along the way so you can see the progress, and will get your approval before it's considered done. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me!
