CHAKRA BALANCE & ALIGNMENT WITH KRISTEN This 45-minute session is designed to gently restore harmony within your energy centers through the power of sound healing. Kristen uses a 111 Hz tuning fork along with additional sound healing tools to create a deeply immersive and balancing experience for the body, mind, and spirit. As the tuning forks and healing sounds are applied around the chakras, subtle vibrations help release stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and bring each energy center back into it's natural flow. The combination of frequencies works to realign your energy, creating a sense of grounding, clarity, and inner peace. You may leave feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply aligned, with a renewed connection to your body and energy. Kristen is a Reiki Master Teacher in Usui Reiki, Sekhem-Seichim Reiki, and SKHM. She is certified in tuning forks and sound healing.
